FLE manages the import and export mail in Fiumicino Airport.

Mail dpt.:

* accept the mail ready to be loaded and check the relative documentation
* check the preparation of the load for the planned flights
* give the data to W/B
* send fax or Sita messages to the other airports
* re-booked possible left on ground mail
* maintain record of the documentation
* bar-code the label of the arrive mail
* prepare the document for the pick-up worked out in the IPS system of Poste Italiane
* take care of the delivered mail and its documentation for the shunting station of Poste Italiane
